Summer Update

We went to see the Blue Angels a couple weeks ago, a new family tradition. Hyrum was old enough to enjoy it this time.

There were FOUR airplanes

And some blueberry picking. We didn't get much with the two little boys, we (Ryan) picked about a pound and a half before Hyrum was done. Hyrum picked a few, but didn't put any in the bucket. We have your hat Stephanie. He insisted on wearing it for a couple days.

Point Defiance Zoo. Our neighbors took us on an outing to the zoo last month. Ariana lives just down the street, and is one of Hyrum's best friends.

We got a bouncy house! I found this on Craigslist, we had to drive a little ways to pick it up, but it's fun and it's BIG (especially in our yard, which is not so big).

Isaac can now lift up his head. And stand in the jumper. And sit in the high chair (no eating yet). He did roll over once from his tummy to his back, but that was a couple weeks ago and he hasn't repeated it, so I don't think it counts. He's getting taller and chubbier, (just under 50th percentile for height & weight at his last check-up), and his favorite thing is watching his big brother Hyrum.

We took a last-minute trip to Cannon Beach last weekend with some friends. Hyrum had so much fun with Victoria playing in the sand & water. It wasn't a super warm day, but Hyrum still managed to get naked & sand-covered by the end.
